God did not make incest sinful. The deterioration of DNA due to the natural results of sin made incest dangerous after a certain length of time. Not to mention unnecessary, due to diversity that came with that time. For those reasons, God said, "OK, no more sleeping with your close relatives." If He had a cutoff date for the annual sacrifice, why not one for incest?

The lowest crime rates/corruption is found in the most atheist countries like NORTHERN EUROPE incl. SCANDINAVIA.

USA, MEXICO, PHILIPPINES are FAR worse in REAL crime statistics.

Japan is also excelent in low crime rates.

Low crime rates have nothing to do with God or religion nowadays...it's about culture and social system.

And also worth noticing is that Christians BY FAR are more prone to get in prison in the USA than atheists.

Actually I am absolutely intelligent enough to interpret text in the Bible.

When the Bible says something in clear text e.g. Ex 20:5 "for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God" I really think it's quite clear.

There is a lot crap like that in the Bible.

It's also COMPLETELY CLEAR that people should be put to death for working on the sabbath (Exodus 31:15) it's 100% totally clear text.

The text is divided into the old and new testament and the old and new covenant. Read Mark 2:24-28 for the sabbath answer. Are you searching for answers in life?

But one single time something like that is said is enough to cause a very very serious problem in my faith.

I don't need anybody else to interpret this, it's 100% clear:

Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, HE SHALL SURELY BE PUT TO DEATH.

Continue on to verse 16 and 17. The verse is directed only at the children of Israel as a sign to Israel that God sanctifies (vs.13). The Sabbath law came directly under the Mosaic law. However the Mosaic law was abolished when Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. The handwriting of requirements (Mosaic law) was abolished (Col 2:14). Not only that the Apostle Paul says "let no one judge you... regarding sabbaths (Col 2:16-17) Today the Christian is under grace not the law

Your interpretation doesn't change the fact...God proclaimed death on people for working on the sabbath.

Furthermore, if this law was truly abolished, why is it in the Bible for people to read?

What is sick about that? The punishment for sin is death. Both physical and spiritual. Thankfully God has sent His Son for all and if we accept Him and repent we have the promise of eternal life. Isn't that gracious? although we deserved hell he gives us a bridge to a personal relationship with Him and eternal life. God ways and thoughts are above ours!

Why or HOW could anyone think up of a God like this? HE IS TOO AMAZING and asks us to live against this world. Most, like you, reject Him because He doesn't fit into YOUR world.
