And Edgar is more like the bad then Bill becouse 1: Edgar is smart, Bill is pretty dumb. 2 John and Ross where working "together" at many points. Exact like Blondie and Angeleyes. And 3 his death was the end of the main story, and it was pretty spectacular. Bills death is like: Hi Bill! *Boom headshoot* Okey next? Ross's death is in a slow - mo and majestic music to it.
