@argity1 True that a permit is required. They could have used a tip jar as well. Also some parts of the laws which varies go as such. If you do not sell it constantly which lemonade is sometimes only done once. Or if it is a hobby then you may sell these items without a permit. Also if you do not sell it in large quantites. So it kinda depends on location, how much you sell, Is it a hobby, and are you selling to people you know. So I can not say yes or no to this video.

A way to get around licenses and permits is to say you're giving away your product, but that donations of $1 (or however much you want to sell it for) is very appreciated. Although it seems silly to arrest people for selling lemonade, we need this type of control to make sure that our country does not become full of vendors in parks such as India and other rural countries.

@argity1 True that a permit is required. They could have used a tip jar as well. Also some parts of the laws which varies go as such. If you do not sell it constantly which lemonade is sometimes only done once. Or if it is a hobby then you may sell these items without a permit. Also if you do not sell it in large quantites. So it kinda depends on location, how much you sell, Is it a hobby, and are you selling to people you know. So I can not say yes or no to this video.

A way to get around licenses and permits is to say you're giving away your product, but that donations of $1 (or however much you want to sell it for) is very appreciated. I have friends and neighbors that are cops, but cops like these are a little ridiculous and authority addicts.

They were in the right to enforce the law about vending on Capital grounds. Your personally identifiable image can't be used for commercial purposes, like for advertising that is a different issue. A guy can put it on his web site, If it wasn't legal you couldn't post vacation pictures with other people in them. Think about it...

I love it!! I'm starting a food cart myself and have to jump through lots of red tape hoops.it's nothing but a way to keep you from working.there is a vid on youtube of a hot dog stand with no permits who gets shut down daily.you can see he is professional and clean.he states that they are infringing on his right to work.which they are.ZACHMILBURN coment makes no sense! how can you respect the law and make a statement? open your minds people they are strangling us.this is PURE common sense.
