Um, no, it's called "playing the game." To be honest, Sasuke's least cheap moves are actually his sword attacks. They hurt if they hit, obviously, but if the enemy dodges, it takes nearly a full second to resheath his sword, during which the enemy can counterattack.

to unlock people you have to buy the other people from the shopand on and on and on till u get to hidan, kakazu , bando, and anbu kakashi.... i wont tell you to get to to be buyable u have to figure that out on ur own

Just X by itself is regular Chidori. Chidori Stream is back X, and the one with a sword slash before it is down X.
