  • My Mother Inlaw is Mexican and after she roasts her Tomatos she peels off all the burnt stuff? Why is that you think?. She doesn't speak english so I never asked her. I think it would taste the best with it left on myself. Good Video girls.

  • I made your recipe, wow, it was excellent. I added finely chopped white onions after I blended tomatoes, onion, peppers and garlic---> what a difference. Dennis
