Saw them at the Wonder Ballroom last month. I was skeptical of what the performance would be like. One of the top three live music performances I have ever seen, and I have seen well over 2000.

saw the Letterman clip of their new material, can't live up to the old stuff, this was visceral, dynamic .. intense!

I was at Clubfoot for the seminal Gang of Four concert in Austin 1979, the night Reagan won. The Gang of Four was PISSED OFF. They proceeded to totally destroy all in the audience. Honestly 30 years later I am still feeling the effects of that show. One for the goddamn ages. Glad to document it here.
