I think its all about the subject your shooting. capture something you think is a beautiful moment and youll do great, the skills and the angles will come after.
and most important for me is to just have fun with visual art.
@alennna Practice with still photography first. Take a ton of pictures and study what is parts of the pictures draw your eye first. Also take find ways to take 2 of the same picture, first pic has the closest layers in focus next and everything past it is out of focus, and the second one being the opposite. This is called, depth of field. Study the difference between these two photos, and take note on how they each tell a different story. Apply everything you learn and apply it with motion.
Great video keep up the good work.

Nice! I really want a GH1! Some of the clips show off the a nice shallow depth of focus like the 1:15 part.

i was going to get the HF S10 till I saw what this camera could do..

HF S10 is a great video camera too, but I prefer the GH1.
I am sure that you will be satisfied with this camera

dude the GH1 looks sick, what kind of lens do you have on it, you filmed in 24 frames right?

Hey bro, thanks for the comment.
The lens isnt the greatest but I used the stock, 14mm~140.
This was a 720p so the frame rate was a 60.
happydogsproduction 2 years ago
sweet. we do all of our filming in 720p as well. Our cameras only go up to 1080i and its not worth the problems filming in it. its the HVX200
