to solve the backspin, you have to first solve the two inner marbles for each vertical row. That will be kind of hard for you to figure out. What you have to do next is focus on the outer layer and for the empty section, steal a marble that will belong in that row or from a row where the marble doesn't belong. Keep doing it until you get something. Its not really easy for me to explain because i just do it until i get something so you are going to have to help yourself. Have fun.

To explain the smoothness of the cube and the core.

Some cubes lubed with petroleum jelly begin to rot out and corrode. So the cube is lighter and faster, Not to mention looser. I hope I cleared that up :]

I found one of those " backspin" things at a dollar store. what I do is i get one slot on one side the then the same shape of spot on the other and continue doing it like that. hope I helped. :)

I love the backspin!!! I found one at a rummage sale. A method I found to solving it was don't do a side at a time, do like one row from the top, and then one from the bottom and yeah.
