@gamechief Daddy Dj was the first in 2000. In 2004 S3RL made Pretty Rave Girl. In 2006 Basshunter made Dota. In 2007 Funny Dj was Made. In 2008 All I Ever Wanted was made. Most of the songs just copy the vocal melody and change up the lead melody. So to recap, Daddy DJ was the first. He gave all the other artist permission to use his melody.
