you can feed small chickens, ducks - or other newly hatched birds with small bits of hard boiled eggs..

boil the egg hard , and dont peal it.. just cut it to really small pieces and put some bird vitamins on top and mix (you can get em from pet shops )

this makes em grow real quick ..

or.. boil some rice (without salt)

And pls don`t pick on peoples accents or different sounding..

and yeah.. around animals and babies.. people tend to sound different.. american or not.. peace out..

I love pits, although sometimes they get me somewhat nervous. My sister has the sweetest pit bull/bull mastiff mix named Deja. She's so adorable and she's so nice!!! My sister had a full bred pitt bull named Dreama but Dreama attacked Deja, leaving unbelievable scars. No one knows why it happened, but Dreama is being put down. It saddens me because Deja and Dreama were raised together and my sister loved them to death. :(

Depending on what size your yard is, you should be fine. I'm in Altadena and we have chickens. They're great. Real easy to take care of. And they have (I know this sounds dumb) amazing personalities. But that's probably just because they so damn weird.

The dog is a hunter by nature, with a good training the dog gets a richfull life, like we ppl with education.

Of course anyone out there who has pit bulls that they use as game dogs for hunting boar, (hog dogs)will say that a pit bull without a prey drive is not a good pit bull. Or that a pit bull not exhibiting natural prey drive, does not exhibit the traits a well bred pitty should have. That seems they can't fight and kill each other anymore, they might as well do what they were orriginally bred for and are good at, such as bull baiting, and fight or kill somthing.

I don't know why people think all pits do is see red! Its popostorus! I have a chinchilla, and my pitty's love to watch him bound around the house like a mad thing. At first I though too, that maybe the quick movement would trigger a prey drive, but so far all it triggers is curiosity, and makes my dogs want to go out side and run around too!

My pitbull, Zero, is pure black with a white chest...beautiful black eyes and with his ears now done, he looks alittle scary! It's such a joke, because he is the most gentle, sweet baby. This breed loves to be cuddled..they think they are "lap dogs". I work for our city Humane Society...all of our pitbulls are sweeties.

I have a pit who just turn 2 years old. She is the sweetest lil girl in the world! Right now, she's living with my folks in another state until my hubby & I can find more permanent housing. Every year my chickens get baby chicks and every time i put them together with my cat and dogs. This was first time for Sharky and I really didn't know until after that he liked them - I guess the media has messed with my head too !!
