I went to Turkey for I lost 10 pounds. I never ate fast food over there only once in MC Donald's. When I came back to U.S.A I gained 30 pounds. I exercise & watch what I eat still gaining weight. I also got high Cholesterol that I never had in Turkey. America 's food company is using corn Syrup on everything even milk & bread. My daughter went to China she lost so much weight she said in China they do not use corn syrup on foods just regular sugar not in U.S.A. In America we need to walk daily.
