Well technically, I think Yuta meant immortals that didn't deform in some way or died first, and if you think about it, you don't really know how far apart (in years) these episodes actually are, for all we know Mana might be 120 something by now.

So, yeah, you're right about that, but Masato was born in the 12th Century and lived for 800 years.

Actually, I totally agree with you on this one. It does seem like they switched animators or animation style or even perhaps both. I can't say I'm fond of this new look because I'm not, matter of fact, I was more fond of the OVA's original look being more true to the manga then anything else. Yuta now looks like he has a super long neck too. -_- It's not flattering to his character at all in my opinion.
