This goes by a lot faster if you have a secondary weapon and constantly switch to it while throwing the trip mines.

ive found a cooler way to get the skulls!!!! go offline and do coop and heve the other guy be ur 2nd eyes the get a tube and get in forge then have the tube facing down where ur trpped in it the drag it to where the skull is!!!!!! XDDDDDDD

@tokiisawsome here's a trick, go to sandbox disable the guardians then build a protective wall all around the skull so nothing can get in or out, such as the guardians, then put a teleporter inside the wall so you can get there safely when you go back to this level, the guardians will shoot at you but will not be able to hit you.

The reason this works is because as you throw the mines the budget decreases and since bungie has no block on the killing devices they get deleted as well as stuff on the map

Look. Heres what you're ACTUALLY supposed to do. Do what he says up until the point where you go and get the skull. Make a teleporter on the map inside the normal boundaries. Now go outside the the map to where the skull should be. If you did this right, there shouldn't be a skull there. Make a teleporter next to where the skull should be. Set it on the same channel as the one you made earlier. Make a wall or something around it to protect you from the lasers. Save and restrart. Done.

Yes, you can start placing them anywhere. As long as they end up in one large pile, you're good.

And caps lock isn't cruise control for cool. It's not needed.

The glitch is a programming error. The skull is out there because you are supposed to build a way out there.

In order for this to work you need to be on top of one of the fortresses so you don't get blown up. place all four trip mines on top and set one of them to min 4. Then stand on them so that when you throw them you collect another one. Look fowards and throw them until the map starts to disappear and they all explode at the same time. Do not get blow up or you need to do it again. Then you can build a shelter with teleporter around the skull and save the map and upload it to the community.

Trip Mining doesn't work, if you end the game/round then go past the lights they shoot you again.

oh never mind it worked. I moved the slab of stone to face the direction of the sun. One sure fire way to tell if it worked: If everything disappeared from the map.

belive me or not i mackerdaddy14 played over my freinds house and deactivated it with one thing a soccer ball,then every one killed me for the skull (.why i brought a soccer ball in ob cuz my friend was gona kill me then delete it! so i ran into ob and he was like holy sht why arnt u dead. 1 soccer ball is easyer than millions of trip mines
