I have bought a steinberg sound card CI2 and am using it. however i switched to logic studio but he does not recognize my condenser mic.even with phantom power on.

Hi , I really like your setup.i hope you can help me set up my recording studio.

I have a yamaha MW8CX and Behringer B2 Pro. I record through my mic and Cubase.

How do you connect your computer to your yamaha mixer to get best mix

First you need a good sound-card. Not only the on-board sound card.

I hope you have a good one with a stereo in and output?

Then you have to try the outputs from yamaha mixer witch suits well to your recording software.
