it doesn;t seem like the kind of conversation even poker afficianados would have - too fake, cheezy, rehearsed, cliche, bland - i could go on and on - im no acting expert, im just saying i get an uneasy feeling from the superficiality of this scene. maybe its just my subjective experience yamakashi.

Two things I'm thinking:

1) This was after an hour or so of play. He might have made a bit more before this hand.

2) 6K might not have been his entire bankroll at the time. He could have went back and gotten the rest for the run at KGB.
