Shoulder dismount looking strong! Can you do brass monkey handsfree? I just keep giving up on the handspring. I don't even go for it, too scared of falling on my head, you've got good momentum though! Just missing the last twist or push? what are you doing at 2.40? That looks cool!
That was a great routine, I am jealous of your agility! Do you do any upper body exercises to build up your arm strength ? Also how long did it take to learn how to balance upside down? 5 STARS
