No. Happily she's still with us. She retired from acting and became a psychiatrist. She recently did a series interviewing celebrities about their problems. She also writes a regular sex therapy column in The Guardian newspaper.

I have this vivid memory of Pamela saying something kinky like "I'm going to walk all over you in my 6" high stilettos" and I think it must have been from this very sketch.

Glad you liked the clip. Sadly I don't the full programme. I found that trailer on an old VHS tape. I think the dominatrix bit was specially filmed for the documentary.
