That's a nice mix of tools. My workshop is set up only for working with metal and because of that, I can't figure out what you make in there. What do you make?
Great use of space, you gave me some good ideas for scrap wood storge, you have made use of a small area with no wasted space. Thank you for your video.
@MegaAlfie007 Yes I do have a lot of sanders. I have one for any type of nook or cranny. LOL I heat my shop with a 50,000 btu " Ready Heater" forced air kerosein heater. It has a thermostst so you can control it. Thanks for the comments.
@skullovscott Scott. I own my business and contract myself out to a chemical company in Texas. I am not wealthy be no means. All the stuff that I have I did not get over night. The trick to getting ahead financially is to pay with cash. If you dont have the cash, you dont need it. The only exception to this is for a home. But you need to save at least 25% of the overall cost of the home and finance it for no more that 10 years.Absolutely no creditcards. Do this and you can have the toys u want.
@FUBARPROTOCOL Great outline Carey! I agree, I have driven old vehicles, ect. for years while my brother gets a brand new one every few years and struggles to pay the huge mass of debt over his head. I just sit back and shake my head. Anyone could do it if stay focused on what matters and try but most people refuse to live a little below their means for awhile. You don't have to be rich, just money smart.
@RollinTidez Thanks Rollin, Alot of people dont understand that they have to live within there means. Most want what they want wright now. Credit cards have ruined many a marrige and life. I did the same thing when I was young and dumb but I finally got my stuff togeather, Took out a loan with my bank, payed all of them off and then put all my effort into paying off the bank loan, Then the house loan. Now I dont owe anyone. Its great!
Isn't it funny how looking at a 20 x 20 foot emty room looks big but not nearly enough room when you get to using it. I could use a building the size of a football field and I suppose after a while that wouldn't be big enough...lol
Nice Shop , you have me with all your clamps . That's how i can tell you know what you are doing. You seem never to have enough of them. Very cool use of space.
That there is my inviroment. I spend more time in my shop then I do in the house, if you dont count sleeping. Very nice my friend. Once again I have been out done.....
@OBXSOLWIND Well thanks Kevin, I dont know about being outdone. You have a great setup yourself. There are somethings in your shop that I would love to have in mine. I love my shop and spend a great deal of time in it but I wish it was about twice the size. But If it was twice the size I would have to put more tools in it. LOL
Nice shop, you probably save yourself lots of money fixing things yourself. I'm not too good with power tools (I try). I can do basic things with a hammer and power drill.....I try to stay away from saws though, lol
for a "little" shop very organized !! good stuff dude
