Mona, I count the nuts in my calories, before that I was eatting to lil to lose, stalled for 3 weeks. I don't eat all day long but thanks for the advise, I will keep it in mind.
Watch out for the nuts babe. High in calories and fat contact. Be careful grazing that will keep the weight on and make it hard for you to lose. I wish you continued success.
