Actually, ReaF is passable if you can just do 12ths at whatever BPM it is for as long as the song goes on, which isn't that hard. Chromatic Blitz demands a lot more of control to pass. Hence the difference in difficulty.
@Dadelhead ReaF is one ugly motherfucker of a chart though. This may require more control to pass, but ReaF, from personal experience, in my opinion, is far more stamina consuming.
@taro4012 and the world record is lower of Reaf! 99.61% (the 99.97 of groovestats is obviously fake) compared to 99.97 on CB, which means Reaf must be harder.

Vertex^2 is a monster chart, but it's less stamina consuming than Pandemonium, and is arguably easier if you learn the chart really well. That doesn't mean you'll have any fun trying to score well on it.
