Greg, Thanks for all you do! Tough to watch but important for us that are awake/aware to the reality around us to see and understand the depth of what is happening. I just did work for a guy that saw this whole thing coming, he sold one of his businesses that he knew would die in this environment, sinking all the money into gold at $500 an ounce. He just bought a house that sold for 1.5 million a few years ago for 500K. He sold some of his $500 at gold at $1,800, his actual cost was $140,000.
Continue...., When the shopping mall were built this time in the early 1980's the customers stop going to Lloyd's shopping center, the business started going very slow and probably in the mid or late 90's, Lloyd went out of business because of unable to pay the cost of revenues. Then now the new mall, the merchandise price is very high and not many people goes there a lot, some stores business are pretty slow, the people I used to know at Lloyd's, you don't see them any more at new mall.
I wish it wasn't true and I could for one moment close my eyes and all of this would be a thing of the past.....but I'm sad to say we got some very dark days ahead!
I remember the good ol' days in the late 1960's through early 70's when I was a teenager, going out to the "Lloyd's shopping center", way before the shopping malls were created, Lloyd's where everyone would go there and eat & drink before you can shop for merchandise like: shoes, clothing, jewelries, watches, bikes, toys, ects..,barbershop, then you would go for groceries shopping, it was like a Wallmart, but it's better than Wallmart! It was like community's little shopping mall. It's gone now..
If you had tried to film this in England a load of Zombies in green fluorescent jackets would have come stumbling out chanting "You cant ride that bike in here!!!!"
The sad thing is, there are hundreds of dead malls from one side of the USSA to the other. They don't demolished the old and rebuild over it, instead they just build another one somewhere else, if at all. Some are build, trashed and abandoned after 5 years, it is just another extreme waste of everything and subsidised by tax payers. It was more profitable to build subsidised malls then abandone them after a few years of running at a loss, crazy shit.
Bill Clinton making China a most favored trade nation was the begining of the end along with greedy unions who ran off all our manufacturing for the last 50 years, because of their greed and unwillingness to work with the companies who hired their employees. If you think this this video is scary look up the "worlds biggest ghetto" video on youtube.
Is this that mall that you have done stories about in the past near prescott? And who is riding the bike? Can anyone go in here? That would be a good idea for these abandoned malls to set up a rollerblading course or something through them : ).
we are seeing the same thing in England , quite scary , every week more of my friend's loose their jobs, large company's fold which where once bullet proof , a job for life they said back then , two or three generations have passed threw these buildings and now they lay waste to the element's, strange times. good luck U,S,A.
