I've been doing this back workout for about 4 weeks and its WORKING for me! My traps and overall back are getting bigger. This is also helping growth in other parts of my body as well.
Some people say, "full-dead lift is unnecessary for bodybuilding", but other people say, "full-dead lift is very important for bodybuilding". I'm confused...
@YoshihiroJPN Hey man just do a full range of movement on every exercise in the gym and you wont go wrong! and don't drop the weights ever, the eccentric movement is just as important. Crack on.
@YoshihiroJPN just do full dude...you are going to pack on a lot more muscle overall as you recruit your hams, glutes, quads, back and shoulders....i used to do partials but i recently switched as i realized what i was missing out on...focus on increasing strength on this movement and overtime you will be rewarded

I would do deadlift, pull ups, then the dumbbell rows. This guy does use good exercises.
