I agree DickBurt, the album is quite worrying.

They need to make music again, not some sort of return to synth lame effort such as this.

How can any true a-ha fan be so appeased by such drivel?

I sort of agree with you; a-ha are undoubtedly my favourite band ever (though Coldplay are a very close second!) but their music from the early days is a lot better than this. My favourite out of all their albums is Stay On These Roads. I do agree that after Analogue, I thought they could have done better. However, you have to look at this from their point of view; they are expirimenting with new sounds. Also, does anyone know if there's any truth in the rumors of a 2010 split in the band?

The new album is a huge disappointment...very cheap slow songs. FOTM is easily the best song by far of it.

I have nothing against Coldplay - they have been very good for a-ha.

I'm not a Coldplay fan and it just worried me that a-ha's final album was so much like that group - and frankly Coldplay would have done a better job!

Still, a-ha are getting out at the right time. They know there is not point in making rubbish after all that has gone before.
