It seems that after Bono's injury U2 are back with a vengeance. Bono's voice is so much better now. Difficult songs like Pride, Bad, Miss Sarajevo, TUF, HMTMKMKM sound better then they have in years. Best band in the world? You bet, and it looks like they're here to stay!

it only lacks "Love Will Tear Us Apart" snippet... but it's still great, really. Shame I went to Hannover and Vienna this year, didn't see Mercy's live debut, didn't see Bad live... I've already been to (only) 5 U2 shows in my life and I think I won't be lucky enough to see them playing Bad live... shame, that was always my dream. But I'm soooo happy that they started playing Ultra Violet on this tour, ahhh!! :)

Now I'm waiting for Life On A Distant Planet! ;D

@JoRu94 if they're true to form, they'll still only play it sparingly. i think the emotion has to be right for them to play this song. word was that the brussels crowd the night before was the loudest of the tour. maybe "bad" was their "thank you." they really guard this song and, to be honest, i'm glad they do. i think i look forward to every concert that much more, wondering if (hoping!) they will play it. i like streets live, but i love bad, prob b/c they play the latter so little.

@hocyouthguy I agree with your thoughts on them guarding "Bad". It's good. They overplay another emotional masterpiece "One", and sometimes the feeling isn't there (especially from Bono). Are you from Manila? I heard U2 is very big in the Philippines. I'm from Singapore :) Fly to Australia to see them next tour. It is expensive (start saving now), but we don't know when they'll stop touring. Don't regret.

lucky belgians! I think Bad should become a staple instead of In A Little While, which is absolutely weak. Bad is fantastic, it gets the crowd going, when Bono sings it so good! Liked the moment when Larry finished the song, but Bono shaked his head to tell him that they should continue. Should agree with the previous commentators that U2's rain shows are the best. I was at Moscow gig under a heavy rain and it was amazing! Too bad they didn't sing Bad that time :)

This song is why U2 is the greatest live musical act the world has seen. It is quite a shame the band goes through these periods where they shelve it for other worn out songs like "New Year's Day, "Pride", etc for their live act, "Bad" should be played at every live U2 show. Without it, the show is incomplete in my view...
