This drama seem to be trying to show what conflicts occurs when a traditional culture tries to co-exist with a modern,secular society and how the younger--and especially female,members of that society tries to live in both worlds with all the restrictions of the one and the liberal--even libertine values of the other. I would susgest that any muslim watching this, view this drama in that light and not as an attack on islam,since it could easily be applicable to any conservative community.
