and that is just one small reason that I do not want the government taking over the healthcare system.

to second that I would like to know where in the constitution it gives the authority to the government to do this. It is not there.

Cantwell explains in her speech the challenges facing Medicare in greater detail. It is the healthcare system itself that is going broke (constituting now some 17% GDP); and Medicare, being part of that system, will therefore fail as well. I'd suggest you watch again.
