Angela went away on that trip didn't she at the end of series one. She was going somewhere to film something. I think they've ended series two really badly...I want more Green Wing!!
I reckon it's the dwarf's funeral - the coffin looks quite small, there are only 4 people carrying it as opposed to 6 usually. And i think they'd all look more upset if it were mac's funeral.
Noooo Mac can't die. Sue does look rather depressed though. Maybe its alan's or Joanna's funeral. Or it coukd be Karen's because no one has seen her dince she fell out the window. Please don't let it be Mac's
