  • Gillan is amazing here!

  • Totally agree with you WhizzlerOne...i dont give a rats ass who playing in the band , Deep purple is Deep Purple...I have been playing thier vinyl and studied thier music for 38 years, these guys are the priemier rock band of the world, no matter who is the.. (to quote Ian Gillan) "Banjo Player" or singing ... the so called fans that say this guy is, or was better than the other guy are not true fans of this legendary band....they are what i call "Bar Stool Wannaberockers" end of story....

  • I don't want to hear these "this one is better than the other" statements anymore. They all are great musicians, they all know how to play their instruments. Ok if you say "I do like the style of xy more", fine with me. But "xy is better than xxyy"....hey, this is music, not the olympic games. And, please remember DP was a casted band in the beginning, and there have been several musicians playing...so which is the original? If any, it would be MK1. And, come on, is that the one you like most?

  • Ian Gillan is a crazy guy on the stage kkkk

  • I love Roger's Bass solo, too.

  • Don't you just LOVE Roger Glover?!

  • @eldyyy90 YES!

you look up "cool" in the dictionary, and you'll see his smiling face in the pic!

  • i disagree with the blackmore purists. i saw DP in '93 right before ritchie left and again in '96 on this tour and the difference in the performances was like night and day. in '93 you could taste how miserable they were together on stage, the bile was that thick in the air.

by '96 steve had firmly estanblished himself with the band and their shows reflected the improvement in their morale - the show i saw was absolutely flawless. not a single dropped beat nor a missed note.

  • Roger Glover at 3:31!!! I love bassists who take the lead and make solos! Excellent!!

  • Not too bad for having no Ritchie Blackmore. I respect Steve, he's a great guitar player, but he's not the genius Ritchie is.

  • @jim543212 Na. Steve is way better for deep purple and in general

  • @MrSteveMorse NOT better for Deep Purple. Just different from the original, and the original is Blackmore. Period.

  • @MrSteveMorse steve is a very good musician but he's shit compared to blackmore.

  • IMPRESIONANTE TEMA, PASA EL TIEMPO ES CADA VEZ MEJOR, QUÉ SOLO DE BAJO!!!!

  • why dont they get jon lord back ?

  • @MotorheadDrew He left because he has bad back injuries from carrying his keyboards around everywhere

  • @eastcoastmxracerpro- How? Deep purple is great. This isn't really "real" deep purple, it doesn't even have ritchie blackmore. Listen to the studio version of this on "Machine Head."

  • im not a big fan of deep purple but i love this.. There;s no good music nowadays...

  • sometimes, the old hits shoul rest inpeace

    Les dieux sont morts...

  • Kickass

  • Great performance here. The band is in rare form here, Great solo by Steve Morse, And Ian Gillan never sounded better. Very nice video.

  • Ian' s vocals are really top notch here!

    Love the screams!

  • 0:47, harmonized guitar and vocals.... amazing.

  • Esto es rock and roll nene!!!!!

  • Ian Gillan-not only man. He Is My Idol.

    I LOVE YOU IAN!

  • One of the best riffs of all time! This is a good live version, but I missed Ritchie Blackmore's solo. Its a fantastic solo on the studio version.

  • es mejor blackmore
