i like how in Halo 2 the marines are smarter than in 1 and actually don't depend on you as much and do alot of the fighting and killing themselves e.g driving the warthogs themselves and leaving you behind at 0:24 to go fight themselves, very big change form the first game.

You can save the tank by getting a ghost and driving it inside the building then jump off and get in the tank and pull back, you can also drive the tank into the building with a little effort and take out the scarab easy.
