Looks like brunters in the winter . Impressive i have been around here in a 24 year old hot hatch (check it out ) in the wet at speed and this part of the track is very bumpy at speed . Where the tarmac joins can make you change direction .

@T0H0E0G0A0M0E don't think about dropping it (crashing violently at those speeds). have confidence. the faster you go the more planted your bike becomes (steady) as the front wheels gyroscopic effect keeps the bike up straight more and more. i used to say u could sit up in your seat till about 120mph but afterwards the wind becomes too violent. just be safe, wear gear and don't do anything by traffic at those speeds and higher.

@mark675 actually I'm 18, and I currently own a ninja 650r. I'm upgrading to a 1000cc next year. I've been riding bikes since I was 12, and I started with dirtbikes. So no, I wont be dead within a day. I want 0 to 60 because my best friend and I race our bikes in drags, not professionally, just for fun. We rarely ever go on the track, or twisties, more road trips. So thats why I want a good 0 to 60 bike. I am fully aware the ZX10R is far more advanced than the r1 due to the electronics.

I am not just going to go pay 14 to 15k on a bike based on 0 to 60. Before I had my ninja I had a YZF-R6, which in my opinion is the most beautiful 600cc bike on the market. So I know the 600cc bikes are fast, but my friend and I are going to a 1000cc next year, so thats why I have been researching them and asking questions lately.

@rockstarpaul Yeah, I guess IMO he should have got off of it and rolled on slower to keep the front wheel down, would have made his accel much faster. Though I'd say after like 120 when it's clear he's going at or near WOT it looks about as fast as my R1, which is fine, they're competitive bikes. But then when you take into account that I'm fat as hell and they probably put some 120lb anorexic rider on there - weight means A LOT on a bike - it suddenly looks slow as hell.
