Absolument génial. Un vrai régal .... Sur mon mur est accroché le washboard de feu mon frère qui jouait dans un groupe. Je préfère de loin le washboard à la batterie. Moins agressif surtout.
actually tinpanalley67, slide guitar was hawaiian. SoldatSolutrea, blacks never do anything first? so i guess the banjo and djembe were invented by white guys... as was the southern spiritual, blues, dixieland (and almost every style of jazz since), rock and roll, and hiphop? and hey, that's just the music blacks stole in the usa. lets not forget about reggie, dub, samba, rumba, and all the others abroad! next time SoldatSolutrea, think it through before you type some racist bullshit. dumbass.

No, early African slaves were not the first to play these, Irish immigrants were. Stop giving credit to the Blacks, they never do anything first and over reap any credit you give them.
Haha, nice... you're comment made me laugh. Really, anything can be an instrument, only this light skinned brother's rhythm/beat sucks. But his harmonica's ok!
One of the best washboard videos I've ever seen, both as a how-to and for sheer listening pleasure. I enjoyed this and learned from it. Very valuable. Thank you!
"played washboard for 30 years, no body ever called me awashboard player... played harmonica 30 years, no body ever called me a harmonica player.... but i sucked ONE dick!" hahahahha i hate this guy
Iam a washboard player tooo, tradional style like you. Very goood playing with the harp, I wish i could do two things in tune so well. I play blues with my dad now about 15 years of and on he's got a short silly clip under James Springfield. The next video he does I'll make sure to be in there playing too. Washboard players are far and few between and I will due us justice when i finally debeut
