This is similar to The Parent Trap but they're not the same. In the parent trap they actually are twins, in this movie they aren't related they're just identical strangers. And yes Identical strangers can exist but you have a one in a million chance of meeting someone that looks just like you.

ive seen this several times..it occured to me that there was a possibility that Alyssa and Amanda could be realted and not know it..Roger Mentioned that his first wife died when Alyssa was born..could there have been twins in there and the family was kept in the dark by the doctors and Kathy calloway died from complications form the birth and Roger was led to believe he only had i daughter whil the other ended up in Social services...just a thot and a guess
