They aren't trying to be Darkwave, they're an band with numerous influences which do indeed include darkwave, industrial, electro pop and synthpop. Some of they're songs sound more darkwave then others, but they are obviously not a specific genre.

@IsteriaCollettiva don't know what you were smoking, if it lifts anything at all from Sweet Dreams besides a somewhat basic rhythm, then it would have to be some sort of sort of key inversion on the actual notes being played. .. even then, there's only a faint similarity in the underlying melody and this track is a few BPM faster
