Thanks for this great recipe, Betty. I'm so happy you made this, because I thought quiche was extremely hard to make! You made it easy and I will try this out tomorrow :) Thank you, you're an amazing cook
Thank you Betty, the one essential ingredient for any cooking is love and affection, and you obviously have lots of it, it comes out very clearly in the show. I will definately try the quiche today
Just like another post I love this dish but never have made. I think I will make this tomorrow for brunch with a mixed green. If I had the bottle of Dolce Blush would probably be breaking that open. Sliced fresh tomatoes would be so good too. Thanks again Betty for your wonderful recipes.
This was excellent Betty the two cheese blend was delish. I added fresh grated parm also, and just loved the texture and taste. Unfornately no fresh tomatoes but some mixed greens and ice tea or KY wine as I call it. Have a super weekend as well, thank you.
Betty, what happens if you don't cook the crust first? Is it a must to cook crust first? Will it be mushy? I love the way you try to keep it at reduced fat. Ur definitely one of my favorite chefs!
@myiphonerocks3gS Thanks for your lovely comment! It is better to precook the crust. Otherwise, it might be a little soggy, but it will work out okay.
Hello again Betty. I found your recipe ;) and as i said in the other video, i love quiche lorraine. the way you do it its way easier and better that the one i used to do
thanks a lot for your videos and the simple step by steps explanations
That looks wonderful! Thanks so much for your recipe! I am so glad I found your video, it is very helpful and clear to understand the steps. I am going to try it today! :)

I loved the video and at some stage i`m going to have ago at making a Quiche. But If I might make a suggestion perhaps putting tomato slices on top of the quiche before putting it in the oven may add to the flavor:)
hi, i'm not an expert or anything, but wouldn't the crust be 'not too crisp and breakaway' if u didn't par-bake it first? just my two cent's worth. nice recipe though. thanks for sharing. :)
It took 3/1/2 hours all totalled (grandma doesn't have a large frying-pan, and the handle broke off of her small frying pan in the middle of cooking the bacon, and the Jewel didn't have shredded swiss cheese, so I had to buy some sliced swiss, and shred it by hand), but it was worth it!
Thanks so much, Betty!
My mom had salsa on hers. Lol.
The next time I make this, I'm going to make my own pie-crust. :)
Betty, I have been making Quiche Lorraine for ages...both at home and in the little Cafe we had. I thought I had the best recipe, but the little touches you add make yours even better. We're having it tonight with a green salad, and my husband is drooling already! Thanks so much!
thanx for the tutorial...the last time I made a quiche was in 6th grd & it was a simple one similar to yours. Was hoping to find the recipe again...thanx (looks delicioso)!
I don't think that would be difficult at all. Choose containers that are all equally sized, like ramekins, little Pyrex dishes, or muffin tins. Grease them well and then fill them about 2/3 full. Bake them using the stated oven temperature, but keep a close eye on them. You will be able to tell by looking when they are done. To make sure, put a knife in the center of one of them, and it should come out clean. Great idea on doing the mini thing with these! Thanks for commenting!
heehee skim malk :) Nice video!

@musicmandarin Thanks! I know it seems strange to use skim milk in a high-calorie dish, but every calorie saved helps!
