  • I have finally descided to buy a rzr. Should I buy a rzr or RZRS?

  • @teryx98 I think it all comes down to where you're gonna use it....

  • @teryx98 If you EVER plan to ride it anywhere there are 50" trails you better get the RZR.

  • @teryx98 But, if that's not going to be in your future and you ride in the open country, sand dunes, and tracks, then the S would be the answer.

  • any changes to the 2012 model?

  • @sniping12 Only to the new 570. We've got our first test of that coming soon.

  • My family just got the 2012 rzr boardwalk blue with eps and 14' rims and big horn tires.

  • Still loving mine, even the foot pocket I missed it when I drove a friend of mine's rzr.

  • @forrest225 It may be that I am in the minority over the horrible foot-pocket but to add to my amazement on the foot pocket, when you have a throttle linkage problem you should fix the linkage not put a 'foot pocket' in the floor!

  • @ATVTVCOM I just like it because it keeps my foot from bouncing around!

  • @forrest225 Well, I've driven all kinds of off-raod vehicles including race buggies and I've never needed a foot pocket - but then maybe I've got heavy feet ;-)

  • @ATVTVCOM This is my first offroad anything with pedals, save for a go-kart. I've always ridden Dirtbikes and Fourwheelers, I'm just used to having a place to put my foot, and knowing it won't move.

  • @forrest225 No, don't get me wrong, I understand your point of view completely! Even the R&D guys at Polaris like it. My point is that it is the wrong approach to fix the problem.

  • Did they ever fix the air filtration issue need to know thinking about getting a 2011 rzr s

  • @bigrig987 They say yes - we say put on a UMP filter just to be sure!

  • Got one, LOVE IT. Still breaking it in!

  • Cant wait to get one of these. Gotta get rid of my sportsman 700 first though :(

  • I am looking at a RZRs 2009 model for 3,900. Is this legit?

  • @teryx98 Sounds too good to be true.

  • @ATVTVCOM unless it's a RZR 170, and in that case, if it's used that too high.

  • The reason I ask is because I'm 6'2". I'm worried about how much head and leg room I will have. And then add the extra height of wearing a helmet. What do you think? I only weigh 170 lbs.

  • @goodycav14 One of our editors is 6'5" and he fits alright. The best thing to do is to go down to the dealership and sit in one and see for yourself.

  • @goodycav14 Hey man, I'm 6'1 1/2 ish and I fit great, my dad is 6'1. We both fit in fine, even with both of us in it. We both weigh about 220. Plenty of room :D

  • About how tall do you think the driver is when he is pulling the rzr out of the garage? Great vid by the way!!

  • @goodycav14 5'8"

  • I have a question that I cannot seem to find on the web .. What kind of mileage does the RZR get??

  • @todcres That's about like asking "How long is a piece of string?" It depends so much on how and where you ride. I personally get around 20mpg riding on the Paiute Trail - up and down between 6000 and 11,000 feet. Your mileage may vary ;-)

  • this is not the 88hp engine ?

  • @hashcream69 No that's in the RZR XP

  • my 2010 polaris rzr sounds really werid it sounds like it is running on 1 cilinder or it is the spark plug i need help before i get everthing taken apart

  • @matthew4296 Never buy a Polaris without getting the extended warranty!

  • can am commander. get a suzuki samurai, same size and street legal!

  • @teamvisser Except it's a bit slower, taller, tippy, and doesn't fit on a 50" wide trail.

  • Doug is still waiting for an ADC, I'm still waiting for a turf mode. I would swap the new nose for either! They need to hurry up because apparently the 2012 model is the last one before the apocalypse. ;)

  • @fanjules You sure we have that long?

  • im to lazy to go to a brute force video but i gotta ask, what year was the brute force first made?

  • @parkerparkerm I know the feeling. I'm too lazy to Google it myself.

  • @ATVTVCOM sure about that? lol i went through like 20 pages

  • @parkerparkerm Yeap. Positive! First page I googled. Second result. It took me longer to answer you than it did to find the answer! 2005

  • @ATVTVCOM ahh thanks

  • @parkerparkerm That's what I'm here for ;-)

  • will you be testing any newer sport quads?

  • @killerkrab42 Most likely not. But then you never know ;-)

  • @ATVTVCOM thats weird why is your website ATVtv called

    its not UTVTv.

  • @OfficialElectroShock Because when we started our TV show there was no such thing as a UTV - well, okay, the Ranger 6x6 and the Mule! Besides, I still feel a Utility Terrain Vehicle is a silly name and they all fit under the category of All Terrain Vehicle. Eh?

  • @ATVTVCOM true

but atv's are cool also :P

  • @OfficialElectroShock All All Terrain Vehicles are cool ;-)

  • That looks allright

  • looks good

  • No competition? Have you seen the Can-Am Commander?

  • @zootoo63 No competition in 50" wide! No one else makes a trail-capable SxS - 50" legal.

  • Will you guys be testing the new Can Am Commander? It looks awesome. The RZR is cool too but I'm really looking forward to seeing more stuff about the Commander 1000.

  • @gp40mc We're trying to get one, but things are tight now. Most companies invite you out to a site to ride their machines for an hour or so. It's pretty hard to get a good feel in that short of a time. Thankfully companies like Polaris are unafraid to let us have one of their machines for a longer period of time to test it and then put some miles on it for a long term evaluation.
