It is sad that many people think the KJV bible contains all the scriptures, but it really doesnt. The truth is, the New American Bible is the ONLY bible that contains all the scriptures and leaves nothing out, unlike other bibles such as the KJV.

Why didnt god simply make Jesus out of dirt like he did Adam? Wouldnt that have been so much easier than trying to explain that whole stupid virgin birth thing?

@Melissa230984 it is because Jesus had to be born a Son of David and Mary is a direct descendent of David and so is Joseph from two of David's Sons each of them. That way God could fulfill His promise to David that his descendants would reign forever...and that through Jesus who is resurrected, reigning in heaven now and will return to establish His kingdom on earth. All of this is in the original scriptures...namely K.J.V.
