Mate great vid, I recognised a few places that I saw in 2000 when over there, particularly in Sturgis and Deadwood [stayed at holiday inn],rented a bike for two days and went to Buffalo chip,Mt Rushmore,Crazy Horse and through Spearfish Canyon to Hulett Wy amongst other places.What a blast.Six weeks and 14 states.

Been riding motorcycles since 1975 through fair weather and foul to meet up with friends in a bar hundreds of miles from home and spend the night in a field, the love of bikes and the characters you meet on the road really cant be explained to someone who has never had the calling lol..got a blacked out VTX1800 and i'm never happier than when i'm out riding with my Brothers.

@FingerLickinGravy67 If you are going to say it doesn't matter what you ride then why put in the comment about rice rockets. I do not classify a mini bike or a scooter as a motorcycle. But I have a son and three nephews who love to ride their crotch rockets One rides an Aprilla, one rides a kawasaki, and two ride yamaha. they have all taken my Harley Road King Classic out on rides and love it. But in their own words "are not ready to be old" (their ladies like the comfort better though).

I love your video how it starts with dirt bikes as when I first started riding and progressing through the rice street bike stage and growing up to the Harley stage. Exactly my biker past :)

First of all, enjoyed the video! As far as your reference to yuppie types, take our word for it - if you don't want to see them, Sturgis is the last place you want to go. They've all migrated there. If you can learn to ignor them, the riding in Sturgis can't be beat.
