It is quite simple. Since the PC and 360 are very similar when it comes to hardware and development he doesn't want to put money and effort into the modifications needed to port the games to ps3(good port, not like the shitty orange box port). Besides, I'm very sure that most of VALVe's fans are PC owners so why even bother?
