I am blown away right now. This marching band is incredible. but as incredible as you guys are for doing it, your director deserves a TON of credit for making these arrangements for you and having the guts to do this music. Someday, years after you graduate from high school, you'll understand how incredible cool it was that you guys played Zappa in a marching band.

well all i have to say is Great Performance not the correct Genre of music the BAND doesnt get to play very much nor do they play loud they needed something other than just percussion mainly but great job other then that!

yeah,it looks like a parrallell that zappas music is getting more and more popular and noticed as the years go on just as Mozart and beethovens did after they died,well maybe mozart but beethoven was pretty amazing to his listeners while he was alive.I guess frank WAS or modern day Mozart and beethoven.

ohh man that year was fun! I was on the drumline, that solo was so fun to play! When we play at football games, people are usually not paying attention, this solo definatly got thier attention and they went crazy everytime we played it! it was awesome!

I saw the Ensemble Moderne play G-Spot Tornado twice in one show. This was better. The highest compliment I can offer is that I found the whole thing incredibly disturbing. Congratulations! The arts are alive and well in Indiana.  There's hope for the rest of the nation.

To think that about 70 high schoolers are playing music that was written to be played by a computer, not played by humans, is just too cool... I hope you got "Superior with Distinction", or whatever Indiana's highest rating is! Frank smiles on you, I'm sure!
