A Q6600 overclocks like a champ, but it needs to stay cool... so this guy took advantage of that by using liquid.

I take it you're running Intel's stock cooler?

If that be the case, 3Ghz probably isn't too much to the point it would make it crash.

However, it wouldn't hurt to get after market cooling!

Also, download a program like Realtemp and see how hot you really are running. Intel CPUs can withstand lots of heat before crashing, so you may actually be running above Intel's max spec and you don't know it. Optimally, you want all cores to be under 72C at any given time.

You can run Gtx 590 in Quad SLI.

2x GTX 590 = 2 GPU'S on each card X 2 Videocards = 4 = QUAD SLI

And you can overcolck ddr 3 to 2+ ghz they even sell them standard on 2,133 Mhz = 2,1 ghz

Whats up with everybody going for watercooled cpu's but completely ignoring the gpu's. Its the gpu's that benefit the most, and they have heaps of overclocking headroom. Cpu aircooled or watercooeld temperature differences aren't that significant tbh.

i beleive he mounted brackets and drilledsome holes in the side of the case

@flipicaneze he got the pci slot brackets and put them under the bays and screwed it in like you would screw in a hardrive cage then you slide the hardrive under there and it should stay but i used adhesive pads to make it stay in place. look at the video carefully u will see pci slot brackets with a thumbscrew on top to hold the hdd's in.
