Ones follicular phase varies while the luteal phase remains rather fixed. Ovulation can occur at any time as it can be postponed by stress and other variables. This method in the video is often inaccurate because it assumes that all women have a luteal phase of 14 days. You have to chart using BBT and other methods. Look up Natural Family Planning or Fertility Awareness Method. I recommend Toni Weschler's book Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
