can anyone help me. i have a 07 pmr and i got a new metal bolt cap but it dosent seem to be going in all the way, i can still see a gap. If anyone else have this problem and found a way to fix it plz tell me it would be very helpful. I also tried putting the bolt cap in without the bolt andit gose in all the way fine but for some reason when i put the bolt and cap together there is a gap
On mine, its up, but its because my back cap has a machine error on it so it doesn't go in smooth unless I do that. Just make sure it goes in all the way and its tight
um my whole bolt didnt come out i was like wtF???? the back cap only came out i tryed to take the whole bolt out but it wouldnt budge then when i was screwwing the cap back in the big o ring snaped so i had to replace it a lube it but can u help with the backcap and the bolt plz
i have the pmr and there seems to be a leak from the bolt, i noticed, that the black little thing you pointed out in 3:33 isn't there on the bolt, all the o-rings seem to be ok, so im thinking that the missing black thing is causing the leak but im still not sure, any ideas?
Oh! ok, you need to make sure theres a O-ring on the groove on the underside of the back cap and you need push it back in. It will be pretty difficult since you need to squeeze the oring in past the back of the bolt.
have an issue with my PMR. The gun shoots a ball perfectly once then when i shoot again it doesnt shoot. Also the bolt in the back is sticking out about an inch and its stuck i cant push it in or take it out. SOMEONE TELL ME WTH TO DO PLZ
nevermind i got the boly in correctly. i think i may have a leak becuase i fell air coming from somewhere in the handgrip of the gun. And i also get the blinking grgeen light, any idea what that is??
After every time you play. Judging that you use a case a day, you bolt is moving 2 thousand times. If it does that frequently without care, it will wear out.
hey cool video, it helped me learn about cleaning the bolt (der). But i have one question. How do you take off the plastic back cap, and put on the aluminum one
When you take out the bolt, theres 4 very tiny screws where the back cap attaches to the bolt. You unscrew those (be very careful they come out in about one turn and they're hard to find if you drop them)
After you take the plastic one off, you just re-attach the metal one. I'll do a video of it when my metal one arrives.
I would get a o-ring that fits better. I don't know how big the one you have in there is, but judging by how a PMR works, that o-ring could really kill your air efficiency.
AHHHH SLOW DOWN IM TRYING TO KEEP UP!!!!! HAHAHA

danthebubba 1 year ago
@danthebubba try to push the bolt from the front with your finger. If that doesn't work get a swab and push it out with that.

the back cap pops onto the bolt by the o-ring
grizzlyboi5 2 years ago
how often do you have to lube it ?
joostingee 2 years ago
I usually do before every time I play. But you can go about 3-4 cases without lube, assuming you didn't break a ball during that time.
kookamajunga 2 years ago
the reason you cracked it is b/c you tghtened it to tight it should only betightened as tight as you hand can tighten it

how can you tell if your solenoid is leaking?
TalentZuK 2 years ago
There will be a leak that sounds like its coming from the gripframe
kookamajunga 2 years ago
i have all of the screws. should i back 1 out, and can i screw any too far in? im not new to painbtball just the pmr lol
xaceofspadesx9 2 years ago
well, if you have them all, just back the one that is supposed to be in the groove out a little bit
kookamajunga 2 years ago
thats what i did. my back cap is really really loose. thin its the o rings? they could probably use a change anyway
xaceofspadesx9 2 years ago
hmm, it could be that. Is you back cap plastic or metal?
kookamajunga 2 years ago
its metal
xaceofspadesx9 2 years ago
ok make sure it's in all the way. On mine I have to push up on the backcap to get it to go in completely. yours may be like that
kookamajunga 2 years ago
i'll give it a shot. push it down or up?
xaceofspadesx9 2 years ago
On mine, its up, but its because my back cap has a machine error on it so it doesn't go in smooth unless I do that. Just make sure it goes in all the way and its tight
kookamajunga 2 years ago
still loose. thanks for trying
xaceofspadesx9 2 years ago
i dont have the little notch that sticks out. what would cause this?
xaceofspadesx9 2 years ago
it just means you lost the screw, I did too. Just make sure the hold is lined up with the slot when you put the bolt back in.
kookamajunga 2 years ago
Im having leaks from either the macroline or the top of the solenoid/bolt area. Any ideas?
TalentZuK 2 years ago
Well, for macroline, replace it and/or replace the fittings.
For the bolt, replace the orings.
as for the noid, I doubt it broke because dye uses fairly tolerant noids, but if thats the problem, It'll need replacing.

dude my pmr chops paint so much and i only had it for 2 weeks u think its cause of the bolt----i use good paint too so thats not the problem
Colby1095 2 years ago
thank you soooo much
tenntitanfan25 2 years ago
dude pmr's like alot of lube u need to drench it kinda like more then u put on
pb4life0 3 years ago
all of that lube you put on there is getting shot down the barrel and coat it in lube. It will make your shot less accurate.
I've used this gun for a full year now and I haven't had a single oring break so I think the amount I use is working

erwer66 3 years ago
well to get the bolt out, get a swab and push it through from the front. Then just re attatch the back cap.
kookamajunga 3 years ago
k thanks dude ill try tht
erwer66 3 years ago
how do you re attach the back cap?
mattwg2009 3 years ago
just gotta push it on, it takes a lot of force.
I put a towel around the end of my bolt and the back cap and put them in a vice and slowly cranked it tighter while I worked it on there
kookamajunga 3 years ago

sk8punk123 3 years ago
there is a o ring that holds the back cap in, have you checked that? It's kind of hard to get to.
Also, I'm not sure if that little guide screw would cause a leak
kookamajunga 3 years ago
Hey please reply...my back cap came of when before it was on...how do i fix it?
lapointe1333 3 years ago
screw it back in? You may have stripped it. In that case you need to buy a metal one
kookamajunga 3 years ago
no haha the cap literally came of the bolt..idk how to fix it
lapointe1333 3 years ago
Oh! ok, you need to make sure theres a O-ring on the groove on the underside of the back cap and you need push it back in. It will be pretty difficult since you need to squeeze the oring in past the back of the bolt.

u did not even lube it that good the inside of the bolt where that o ring is u forgot.
eclipsegts03 3 years ago
just lube the whole bolt
FataLXShotss 3 years ago

JEWDOOMAGIK94 3 years ago
That's weird. If the bolt is half way out, that's why it doesn't shoot correctly (duh). Air isn't properly getting into the gun.
If you could make a video of it that'd be great. But I think your best bet is to take it into a paintball shop and get it looked at.
kookamajunga 3 years ago
nevermind i got the boly in correctly. i think i may have a leak becuase i fell air coming from somewhere in the handgrip of the gun. And i also get the blinking grgeen light, any idea what that is??
JEWDOOMAGIK94 3 years ago
hmm, air shouldn't come out of the grip, there should noyl be a small puff coming out of the back cap, but that's from how the guns made
The green light means something is in the breech. It should only appear when you are shooting
kookamajunga 3 years ago
k i fixed everything thx for ur help though
