I also use a bucket with oxy clean. however, I use a smaller container or an old wipe container. I use an old toothbrush to get the sides clean. It works like a charm.

Oh its so not safe to use human waste for food production! To kill the pathogens an extended amount of time (1 to 2 years) and high heat must be achieved decompose properly and safely.

We only ask that parents home compost the wet gRefills, not the poopy ones. Human urine is sterile and nitrogen rich, perfectly acceptable in home composts.
