If you are stuck on partner go to ur target and click romantic. Scroll down to Propose Marriage and click it. You will now be getting married.

@MrsNaeNaeBieber you can only get into a budding romance with romantic actions. If you click the be romantic, the list shows how to do romantic things. Keep being romantic till you become partners. After that go the be romantic again, and scroll down.

i know a cool glitch how to make money on this game

1. make bigger rooms outside ur house.

2.turn ur ipod off.

3. turn it back on.

4. go to app.

5. go to the same character

6. the room u made should be there

7.sell it and enjoy ur money :)

This can only happen if you are married with the sim its takes a few sim days till the baby arrives
