no unfortunately you can't fast travel everywhere with explorer...it just puts markers where everything is on the map and tells you what it is. you still have to discover them before you can fast travel :(

explorer perk is cool, but you can't fast travel, but if you discover the location you get XP so i think it's worth it, espically some location's have secret caves, supply cases which is cool cuz you normally finds tons of guns and ammo
