@derWahreSirRichfield i have taken 15 years contemplating this and you totally cant blame MTV. We now have Youtube and iTunes to bring us music, so MTV cant expected to bring us free music anymore, not everyone likes the same music and its not hard to find anymore. Music Videos dont change and are always the same when we see them, so if MTV only played music they would be bankrupt shortly thereafter. So their only alternative is to play new programming or shut down.
