  • lol, made me think of the Dead Man soundtrack at the beginning.

  • That reminds me of my old Roland Space Delay and even some of my echoplex, Dynacord, Copycat and DIY 5"x1/4" recorder delays/ tape delays. Cool!!!

  • That's a really beautiful delay sound. Perfect for that kind of melody.

  • I have often tried to imitate this (I have both pieces of gear) but have found that the note I record into the loop junky has a discernible attack. How are you playing yours in? An Ebow or something?

Anyway congrats on the vid, I think it is a really inspiring piece texturally and a really clever way to use two great pedals.

  • @willywoo112 you're right, it was an e-bow. thanks man.

  • @cardinalofcrunk Fantabulous for sure. Love the artists face for it shows the spirit of the master at work. :-)) I see you showed your foot; a very beautiful foot by the way.;-))) WELL keep doing what you are; making vibrations to help shake people awake from their sleep. YEP!!!! You must be an electronics magician to get these sounds to come forth. Just magnificent; these gems of yours sent to me from across the Pond, U.K. He is a Magnificent Musician too. He KNOW great sound. YEP!! <3 to U

  • Have you tried putting the loop junky in the MF-104's loop and using it that way too?

  • @Tibbon That's actually how it's set up here.

  • that's a really nice video ! Could you please tell me your rig in that specific video ? it sounds great .The moog sounds crazy, want to buy it actuall and i've seen your 5E3 Strat mogg video too .

  • @korakanthrwpos thanks.... PRS Custom 22 and 1969 silverface Princeton was the other stuff used here. I don't have any of that stuff now.

  • Sounds great. How do you like your MF 104Z? I've been thinking of buying one to replace my old Roland Space echo tape echo. I know the space echo will sound better, but the portability/versatility/reliabitliy of the Moogerfooger is very appealing.

  • Is that an MXR blue box I see unplugged, and on its side, above to the lofi loop? I have one too and I was just curious cause I've never seen another one on anybody's board xD

  • Nope, although it really does look like that! It was an Analogman Clone chorus.

  • @cardinalofcrunk Ahh, I should have figured since its a bit deeper than an MXR housing and has the ac input on the top as opposed to left pedal face side. Nice video BTW!

  • dont u hate when your board is nice and clean and then you get a new pedal to try out and some how by the time you get it hooked up it looks like a hurricane full of cables just went in circles around your board? lol maybe its just me.

  • im definitely with you on this haha

  • @prsluvcctx this made me crack up. truee

  • I love how the moogers can be used on synths or on guitar since I play both. They really are great. Thanks for the demo.

  • VERY nice riff! You've really got feeling, that's for sure. Great use of some analog goodness as well!

  • I gotta say that you sound best on a strat dude

  • This is the song you used to play for me all the time.... i love it. Man the years are slipping away... and you need to put some socks on or i am coming over there and sucking your toes!

  • I appreciate it! I'll make this into a song eventually, been lazy though.

  • this is one of the only videos that i watch to listen to (take that as a complement) it sounds awesome

  • hi red hot fann :)

  • thanks.

I used and E-Bow and played that one note, which was recorded into the Loop Junky. Then the Loop Junky was running through the external loop of the Moog. The note is basically there the whole time, but since it's in the effects loop of the delay, the harder I play (which creates more delay repeats) the more prominent that sampled note becomes.

  • You know, this is actually a trip. I was actually thinking of buying these same two units to have an anolog based delay/drone deal going on. I was just wodering how the lofi was used in this vid. Did you have a remnant sample in there you trigger, or are you running the delay through the loop to hold a note or drone.

Sounds good/break it down when you can.

    Thanks.

  • nice gear, bra

  • Huh...

    Woah, that's awesome.

Nice riff too, around :30! Dude, why did you do this to me.
