Pro Tools: Change Pitch without Affecting Tempo

Now how do you change the tempo of a song, without changing the pitch? as I have witnessed in physical training gyms...they change the tempo, but not the pitch with one switch...how can you achieve that in protools?

HELP!.. when i select a certain part of the wave and try to use a audio suite plugin to add like a lower pitch to the vocal when i hit process i get a message saying "NO AUDIO SELECTED" BUT CLEARLY IM SELECTING AND HIGHLIGHTING THAT PART. ANY HELP GUYS?...

I want to import a loop sample into protools and then speed the tempo up because the original tempo is slow. How would I change the tempo without affecting the pitch of the sample?
