@FaultzzHD It happened to me either, And what worked for me is, I Installed Paypal App on iPhone4 then Looked for the Transaction ID, and it was different than the Desktop Version (Computer Via Internet Explorer, Safari Whatever...) So I added this one on my iPhone Paypal App And volia! Registered!
