Too fast and definitely calisthenics for kids in India. I like some of his adaptations and positions, but his adjustments means feeling the MILFS in his classes. That's not too good. Look for Santiago Dobles in Miami or Andre Lappa for high end yoga.

I've also heard stuff about this guy that makes him sound a little flakey or downright creepy - rep for being a little touchy feely with his "adjustments"; popping erections in his tight little yoga pants during his all female classes (not seen but heard directly from students); and latest, been given the boot by his fiancee (ex?) from Namaste Shala in Shanghai where he had been head teacher for past couple years. Any response?

Duncan's adjustments will advance your yoga by many years. That's what you should concentrate on, advancing your own practice. Nobody gives adjustments like him. I guess this kind of gossip into his personal life is proof, that he really is a rock star.

Yoga Master or a sleazy yoga instructor? More than five studios in Asia will not hire him back because of his bad behavior. Last workshop in KL there were several girls leaving his class literally crying as Duncan to molest them with his adjustments. Try and confront him, he thinks he's some sort of yoga/rockstar. This will catch up with him
